From among the countless Fok Toys that Japan has, about 50 with fascinating legends behind them, all identified in English, unusual in appearance, beautiful color, or ancient history have been selected for this hardcover book. The beautiful Oriental-style drawings and interesting explanations contained in the book's 72 pages are bound to delight readers and bring back fond recollections of childhood days. Nearly one-half of the drawing is in color. This is an excellent introduction to the wealth of Folk Toys to be found in Asia.
