Vintage Japanese Fine Pair of Hand Woven Silk Tassels

From our acquisitions in 1989 we are offering this pair authentic 19th century handwoven and beautifully executed olive silk decorative tassels. Each have delicate and intricate cluster stitch crochet tops with sold cylindrical interiors and silk tied button knot. Simply understated so as not to conflict with the scroll or furniture piece on which it will attach.
Condition: Excellent and retaining the original craft/workmanship, and natural features based on the material from which they are made.
